1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) betnano account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. betnano is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 As part of betnano's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to:

3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betnano login credentials. You must notify betnano immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. betnano will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
4.1 betnano accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. betnano reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the betnano cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. betnano aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Center, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
4.5 betnano reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 All transactions on betnano are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 betnano may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 betnano reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, betnano's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
5.5 betnano reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
6.1 All games offered on betnano are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing wagers.
6.2 betnano's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats audited for fairness in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or betnano intervention.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, betnano will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, betnano reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
6.4 betnano reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of play.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betnano platform:
7.2 betnano reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, betnano will report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
8.1 All content on the betnano platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of betnano or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betnano platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betnano content.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of betnano's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betnano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 betnano's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 betnano does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betnano's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 betnano is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The following tools are available to all registered players:
10.2 betnano strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned to the payment source, subject to verification.

11.1 You may close your betnano account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and betnano, you agree to first contact betnano's support team to seek an informal resolution. betnano will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under PAGCOR regulations.
12.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent betnano from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
13.1 betnano reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betnano will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the betnano platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
